Brown Bridge Tree Planting

Tree Planting Saturday April 28

You can enjoy a tree planting this Saturday, April 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  We are delighted to partner with Oryana Natural Foods for this planting.

Here's everything you need to know:
• Meet at Brown Bridge Quiet Area boat launch, 3408 Brown Bridge Rd. in Traverse City; we'll carpool to other spots as necessary
• Bring work gloves and shovels
• Bring your lunch and water; Oryana will provide snacks

We'll plant 1,300 trees, including red osier dogwood, ninebark and tamarack!  This tree planting is part of our Watershed Forestry Initiative and is conducted in partnership with Oryana and the Grand Traverse Conservation District.
