Mr. Konkle will explain the big opportunities that energy efficiency provides to communities for cutting costs by decreasing their energy demand. He will speak about how business and government can save money for taxpayers and businesses by reducing investments in costly new power plants. After the presentation, MEAP’s Tom Karas facilitates a lively question and answer session.
