I love this area (all of Northwestern Michigan) and want to see growth that is responsible and maintains quality of life, water, and other natural resources that bring people to Northern Michigan. Farms and farm land need to be supported as well, open spaces along the water's edge (not just big hotels Miami Beach style). I live part of my year in California and have seen irresponsible growth, sadly, that uses up the land, increases congestion and makes life not good and the place ugly. I want very much to share in the creation of a beautiful and wonderful continuation of my favorite place on earth. I am so happy to know you are doing something like this.
