Chaos should not be engineered out in the name of planning. The sterile subdivisions with the 2-3 acre lawns are a direct result of planning.
Planning should be done away with in the name of chaos. Chaos leads to the vigorous cross-fertilization of ideas that is necessary for an interesting and enjoyable community.
