According to their report:

People throughout the viewing area are noticing the disappointing trend. Grand Traverse County is seeing a home value assessment decrease of 6.5%. Mason County is seeing a decrease of 4.5%. Cheboygan County is seeing an average decrease of 13%. And in Wexford County, on average a home is worth about 7-10% less.
