The Grand Vision Energy Working Group, through collaboration with key stakeholders in the region, have identified five over-arching goals to implement the shared energy values of the Grand Vision.

The Energy Group will present the first of these goals in a public forum on January 19, 2010. These forums are intended to provide the community with a hands-on opportunity to shape the region's energy goals over the next 50 years. There will be five forums over the next five months leading up to the Grand Vision Expo on May 10.

On Jan 19., there will also be presentations from:

Ric Evans, Energy Auditor and Educator, from Paradigm Energy Services
TCLP to discuss energy efficiency, their incentive program and free light bulbs for TCLP customers!

The forum will be held at the Traverse Area District Library at 6pm on Jan. 19, 2010.
